From different organizations to diverse roles: My experience 'speaks' in versatility. While my primary focus is on Business Support communities, I also enjoy supporting other areas of expertise. I have a wide range of interests and love a challenge. My focus areas include strategic team leadership, stakeholder management, process optimization, and delivering lasting value. Community Lead
Laying a sustainable foundation for a Business Support Community: As Community Lead, I had the privilege of optimizing and documenting processes, being a reliable sparring partner and coach for the Senior Business Support Specialists in their management role and enhancing collaborations between departments. What an experience it was! Even better are the results. The working methods have been innovated, collaborations strengthened, new career paths were created, and even more structure has been added. Cheers to that!

(PROJECT) MANAGER
As Manager Business Support, I led a team of 40 professionals and contributed to building a thriving Business Support Community. Additionally, I managed several projects, including the implementation of a new HR performance review system. The concrete results? A more engaged work environment and a team in which growth, collaboration, and innovation have been elevated to new heights.

FAcilitator workshops
During the Talent Growth Program, I facilitated various workshops and leadership coaching on behalf of The Future Talent Factory. The focus? Self-awareness, personal skills, and servant leadership. The sustainable effects? A greater emphasis on growth in performance management, stronger collaboration, and improved performance across different departments.
